These are large boxes, 5.5 metres by 5.5 metres, and exceptionally well-lit, with doors at the front and at the back of each loosebox. The back doors allow access to the yards, while the front doors allow access to and from the inside of the barn. No expense is spared maintaining this area, and no expense was spared building it. |

&&-- barn.manager's.office This office is just as obsessively tidy as the rest of the barn, leaving no doubt as to who its occupant is. Despite its absolute clean, it is a comfortable place, unless you track mud over the carpet! |

&&-- the.hayloft The favoured place for all barn camp-outs and a fun hangout during the day, the hayloft is not actually used for hay (there is a separate shed for that purpose) and contains a huge flat-screen TV, a fridge, couches, and even beanbags. There is a closed-in storage area through large double doors, where the camping beds are kept, that also doubles as a walk-in pantry. |

&&-- the.tack.room This room is used to store tack and feed. It is also used as a hang-out, but watch that you're cleaning tack while you chat with your friends, because this room, though tidy, is too full of tack to be occupied by people without a purpose. |

&&-- the.indoor.arena This arena has excellent footing and no expense was spared while building it. There are large mirrors hung on the walls. The indoor is big enough that it is separated into two different arenas - one for dressage and flatwork training, marked out by dressage letters, and the other for jumping. There is a new course in the jumping section weekly, with different 'scary' jumps interspersed among the simple ones so the resident jumping horses are used to surprises on course. |
